To start this page off, I grabbed few Pictures available on my Facebook page, so this cake, its called Kiwi Cheese cake, I made this for 2009 Eid Fitr if iam not mistaken, i saw the tutorial on youtube, mixing around jelly n cream cheese, but i messed it up, the cheese turn out to soft, and the topping turn out to be extra chunky, I messed up the water-jelly ration.. gonna try to attemp another go on this cake next year Eid perhaps..
